Under the wooden cushion a print with the image of the Ship full of Treasures, with which the seven lucky gods on New Years Day sail into the harbor. In the foreground a round box. Placing an image of the Ship full of Treasures under the pillow at the start of the new year would create a dream about the lucky symbols: Mount Fuji, a falcon and aubergines, the most fortunate dream possible. These lucky symbols are also hidden in the surimono itself: the pillow depicts the Fuji, with the white pillow as a snowy top, Fuji, a falcon and two aubergines are depicted on the label of the round box, which contains preserved pieces of aubegines. Wood effect frame, card mounted, 10x8 fade resistant photo print. Overall outside dimensions 14x12 inches (36x31cm).
